Unless otherwise stated, all items are genuine fossils and do not require a CITES permit.

The 100% satisfaction guarantee states that if at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, you are entitled to a full refund, upon receipt of returned goods in undamaged condition. This guarantee excludes items damaged in post, which are subject to shipping conditions outlined below.

Products are sold without warranty. Terms of sale and the supply of goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

Worldwide shipping is available for all items on the website, excluding Chinese fossils to Australia due to Australian legislation.

For items damaged in post, please ensure that the package is opened with the delivery drivers attention. To make a claim with our courier, we require that you do so, and provide us with photographs of the item and its packaging, and retain all packaging untill further notice. If an item is damaged, please contact us immediately to process the claim as quickly as possible.

As with all online shopping, for deliveries to countries outside of the EEC, items may be subject to a customs charge or other local taxation. All items are sent with correct and accurate customs documentation. We cannot be held responsible for customs charges and these are not included in the shipping price. Customers will be notified by and deal directly with their local authorities should such a charge be applicable.
