Replacement Stylus O-Rings for Chicago Pneumatic (CP) 9361
High quality Nitrile rubber O-Rings for direct replacement of CP 9361 air pen. Chemically resistant to oil/lubricants for longer life.
Worn or inferior rubber O-rings are one of the most common causes for loss of power in the CP9361.
These are the correct size and compound for the 9361 and are sold (and fitted) in pairs.

Chicago Pneumatic (CP) Air Scribe Replacement Tip/Stylus
Manufactured entirely in the UK, specifically for use with CP 9361 (or similar eg. 961, etc) without need for additional fittings or alteration of original pen. No specilized bushings required.
Features include high quality tool steel shank with tool grade Tungsten Carbide tip measuring 7mm long (other lengths available on reuqest) giving longer service life, ease of use and accomodation for regrinding/sharpening several times without risk of damage to shank (standard and other replacement tips measure only a few millmeters long, ~3-4mm).
Designed and manufactured for use with stone, unlike the standard CP tips designed for use with metals.

Conqueror 16" Lapidary/Fossil Trim Saw.
The Fossil Farm is proud to announce the introduction of the all new Conqueror Trim Saw. Utilizing a 16" cutting blade, the Conqueror is the largest hand-fed trim saw on the market.
The Conqueror's simple design and sturdy construction offers high reliability, ease of use, low service time and exceptional value for money.
The flush mounted belt/pulley guard design allows for objects to be passed easily through the saw without impedance from protruding casings. The splash guard is mounted back from the top cutting surface to allow full use of the blade's length.

The conqueror accomodates all types of 16" blades, and smaller if desired. The saw is supplied with notched blade, but will accept continuous rim and vented types. The 1mm thick sintered blade supplied offers excellent performance for a wide range of fossiliferous stones.
The Conqueror is supplied with all parts needed for operation, including blade, belt, pulleys, electrical and safety items, and motor.
The image left shows how the saw is comfortable cutting large and usually difficult shaped stones. This is especially useful for a majority of fossil matrices.

MR-1 Pneumatic Chisel
Unlike other bulk matrix removal air chisels available, the MR-1 Pneumatic Chisel fills a much needed gap - Powerful enough to remove the toughest rock, yet precise enough to work close in to the fossil without fear. As most preparators will know, the smaller air pens like the Chicago 9361 are great tools in their own right, but are very limited when it comes to removing large amounts of rock quickly.
A superbly designed and comfortable unit, utilising a highly efficient pure-pistonic motion, with easily interchangeable chisels. Variable speed power-twist start/stop throttle. Engineered in the EU to the highest standard (including applicable British safety standards) and guaranteed to provide years of worry-free service. This is such an accurate tool, we are now in the process of introducing finer chisels and needle points, so watch this space! The kit contains pen, along with 8ft airline and 3 sizes of chisels (replacements available).
