Harpoceras Ammonite Fossil from Holzmaden
A very large specimen of fossil Ammonite, Harpoceras sp. from the famous Holzmaden Black Shale of Stuttgart, Germany. Approx. 200,000,000 years old.
A rare Ammonite, offered here in superb condition, measuring 9" across, attractively presented on original matrix measuring 14.75" x 14" x 1".
The matrix also exhibits a fine Dactylioceras Ammonite and several vertebrae from the marine reptile Ichthyosaur sp. A very rare piece.

A large Dactylioceras athleticum Ammonite mortality assemblage from Schlaifhausen, Germany. Dates from the Jurassic age, approx. 165,000,000 years old. Prepared here at the Fossil Farm to a high standard, the piece exhibits dozens of highly detailed specimens in several layers. The complete assemblage measures approx. 22.5" x 13" x 4". Beautiful orange colouring of the Ammonites creates a beautiful aesthetic contrast between fossils and matrix, making for an extremely displayable piece.

A very rare Ammonite, offered here in remarkable condition measuring 9" across, attractively presented on original matrix measuring 13.75" x 13.75" x 1.1". A good, thick and very stable piece. A stunning display fossil!
